Basic information on data protection
Identification of the processing: 'Sending Gencat information and subscriptions'
Data controller: Directorate General of Digital Services and Citizen Experience. Ministry of the Presidency.
Purpose of the processing: Intended to provide the general public, through the Gencat website, access to information, reception of occasional or regular publications and management of their data should they wish to take part in events or courses.
Legitimisation: Consent of the interested party.
Recipients: Data communications are foreseen between the ministries of the Government of Catalonia and the associated entities that report to it for the management of different public services within their remit, and with official institutions and organisations and public administrations for statistical processing. These data will also be sent to the processing managers who provide ICT services on behalf of the data controller.
Rights of the interested parties: To request access, rectification or deletion of the data, and the restriction or opposition of its treatment. The forms available on the Ministry of the Presidency website must be used.
